Privacy policy
How website enquiries, contact information, privacy choices and technical connection data are handled.
Version 1.3 · Revised 31 October 2026
Sample policy for review. This document is not legal advice. It must be reviewed by a lawyer and completed for the actual operating arrangements before publication.
Who is responsible
Simone Russo is the contact responsible for this website and enquiries made through Sperdifin. You can contact Simone Russo by phone on 064399985 or by post at Via Secinaro 27, 00132 Roma, Italy.
This notice explains this website. A separate notice may apply if a consulting engagement needs additional processing.
Information we handle
The enquiry helper asks for your name, email address, an optional business or website name, a topic and a message. The helper prepares text inside your browser. It does not transmit those fields to a server or save them in a cookie or browser storage.
If you copy the text, it is placed on your device clipboard. If an email link is available and you use it, your email application receives the draft. You decide whether to send it. Telephone, postal and email enquiries provide the information you choose to share.
The necessary preference cookie records your category choices, a version number and the time you saved them. A hosting server can process technical connection data, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver the pages and protect the service.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information you provide in an enquiry is used to respond and discuss the requested service. Where you ask for steps toward an agreement, the relevant ground is taking steps at your request before an agreement. For a contact acting for a business, the relevant legitimate interest is handling business communications.
Necessary technical processing supports page delivery and security. A cookie choice is stored so the site can respect it. Optional measurement and marketing would require your prior choice; no such tools are installed in this release. Information may also be kept where required by law or needed for a legal claim.
You do not have to use the form. Without a way to contact you and enough context, it may not be possible to respond to an enquiry. This site does not make automated decisions about you or create an advertising profile.
Recipients and international handling
This static website includes no external analytics, advertising tags, embedded maps, remote fonts or social widgets. Its files are served from its own host. The hosting provider processes the technical requests needed to serve those files. Your chosen email provider handles any email you decide to send.
The actual hosting and correspondence providers, their locations, access arrangements and any safeguards for data handled outside the European Economic Area must be assessed for the deployed service. Those deployment facts are not established by the website files alone.
How long information is kept
The enquiry helper does not persist your form data. Closing the page clears its in-memory draft, although your browser may retain form history and your clipboard may retain copied text. Your device settings control those features.
The preference cookie expires 180 days after each save, or sooner if you remove it. Any correspondence and server logs require retention periods appropriate to their purpose, legal duties and actual hosting setup. Those periods must be settled and added to this notice before this sample is published as the live policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict its use, receive it in a portable form, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw an optional cookie choice at any time using Cookie preferences. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
Contact Simone Russo using the details above to make a request. Only information reasonably needed to confirm your identity should be requested. Requests are normally addressed within one month; legal extensions may apply and must be explained.
You can complain to a competent data protection authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. You may also contact the authority where you live or work.
Security and updates
Please keep signing keys, recovery phrases, credentials and sensitive personal information out of general enquiries. The service is intended for business owners and teams, not children. The website does not request identity documents or account credentials.
Access controls, secure transport and retention measures must match the deployed hosting and correspondence systems. This notice should be reviewed when the service, providers or processing change. The version and revision date above identify this text.
